Convert from PDF, with its fidelity stated
Export one image per page as PNG or JPEG at a chosen resolution, or take out the text in reading order or with its measured spacing. Scans use the same OCR confidence policy as the searchable PDF tool; uncertain words are withheld and recorded.
Simple prose can become editable Word text. Complex pages become page pictures inside Word, with that limitation stated. Excel accepts clearly tabular pages only: cells stay literal text, including leading zeros, and formulas and original formatting are not reconstructed.
An archival PDF/A-2b copy contains rendered page pictures, with an embedded sRGB profile. It loses searchable text and interactive content and is delivered only after local veraPDF validation. Rendered exports refuse annotations and form fields whose appearances the canonical renderer would omit.
Every ZIP includes a record of the source hash, output hashes, format, resolution and fidelity. Uncorrected documents download free; corrected work follows its existing download rule.
